#081004: I was a Hindu by birth, and recently took up
christianity as my religion by my choice. He invited us to join
Christianity. As I was waiting for such an offer from many years, I
readily agreed. My wife debated with him, but finally when she saw
'Passion of Christ' her heart melted, and she agreed too, and we
accepted Christianity. We are in Christ now. We took baptism on 13th
July 2008.
This was in Pentecostal denomination. The pastor
told us about being against idol worship. This I always believed, and
we both agreed. Then he told not to worship saints and Mother Mary...
this was difficult for me as I always respected and respect Mother
Mary. I love her. I don't worship saints but I have regard for them. I
still want to go to Roman Catholic churches but Pentecostal faith and
pastors forbid this. My wife who believes them completely now is
against RC faith.
Many times when I pray to God I get a message to visit Mother Mary's
basilica in Shivaji nagar here in Bangalore. Today also I got the same
message from Him. And thankfully I could make my wife agree to visit
the church. Please pray for us. We want to choose the right
denomination. I love Mother Mary... I love her with all my heart. And I
feel so empty when I see her being neglected completely in our prayers.
Please help me and guide me.
I and my wife want to serve in Church the rest of
our life. We have joined a bible course as well (6 months course in
Christian foundations, and 3 months course in Prayer and worship).

Along with other health issues he had prior to his fall, he repeatedly suffers
from bed sores, infections and now has MRSA. I feel the medical staff caring for
him has given up any kind of recovery, but I believe in miracles! Please join our
